Have you ever heard of a verb tense called more-than-perfect past tense (pretérito mais-que-perfeito)? Don’t be alarmed by the name of this verb tense because it’s very easy to use and easy to conjugate. "O que você tem feito?" (What have you been up to?) Today, you will learn to talk about what you have been doing by using a compound verb tense called: “pretérito perfeito composto”. This tense is equivalent to the present perfect progressive (continuous) in English and as in English, it’s a very common tense you need to know.
